Using the site

You may play the games and use the question lists and stories at home, in classrooms, at parties and at work. Please do not copy the site or its content to republish it elsewhere, and do not use automated tools to collect it.

Playing online

When you play Same Brain online, choose a name and answers that are fine for everyone in your room to see. Do not use the game to harass anyone or to share anything unlawful. We may close rooms or block access to protect players and the site.

Content and trademarks

The site’s design, text, questions and stories belong to Couchful or are used with permission, unless a page says otherwise. Game names such as Herd Mentality are trademarks of their owners. Our versions are unofficial and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

Ads and other websites

The site shows ads from third parties and links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

No warranty

The site and its games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Couchful is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
